bmw f30 undercarriage disassembly DIY? + parts identification

Hi Guys,

Does any have some guide line how dis/assembly undercarriage covers on f30?

From the REALOEM it is not totally clear what is above and below which part.

Also does anybody know where part 51487423815 is located? (see picture from realoem.)
