BMW Fairfax Service Advisor recommendation
I've worked with Alan in the past and I completed hated the guy.
Who is easy to deal with? And doesn't attempt to hijack your wallet.

I've dealt with Mrs Adebo, she was very nice and the only advisor I will look for. Word to the wise...It's their job, they work on commission. So, if you're out of warranty

Even if you're in warranty, they earn commission selling you additional services like wheel alignment. It's up to you if you want to do it, maybe if you hit a pothole or something. Or maybe just to help them out a bit. They may offer services at a discount so it may be a good idea to maintain a good relationship with the service department so you get treated like a VIP. They get reimbursed by BMW for cars still covered under the maintenance program, but it probably isn't as much as they make for out of warranty maintenance.
