I'm pretty sure it can break 11's with tires! With all these flash tunes coming out it shouldn't have a problem. My Michelin Pilot Sport tires are below 50% and they have lost grip compared to before. I also switched from a catted down-pipe to a catless.... didn't feel much of a difference between the two, but it just pops a bit louder now and it does send out flames occasionally from the meth injection.

The big advantage the is38 gti would have is brake boosting off a roll.... i was probably brake boosting with 10-12 psi and that already would put my 340i right behind the bumper off a roll.

Already proved that on the X3 M40i platform, I ran just as quick times (and slightly higher mph) vs. a JB4 M40i with more mods before Stage 2.5 and Trans tune (and my times were more consistent). Now I am around 2-3 tenths quicker according to Dragy so its game over.

Can't wait to see your 1/4 time with the Stage 2+ ECU and Stage 1 ECU. Bet you'll run 12.0x-12.1x. Are you still on stock DP?

Stock downpipe, stock air filter.

I have a dragy run with 11.98 letting off before the full 1/4 so I can only assume I can get a 12.0 at least!
