First Impressions

I picked my new car up exactly a week ago, TZ Blue M4 Competition Pack Silverstone Interior . I’ve covered 600 miles in the first week, about 3 times more than I usually do!! So 600 miles on the clock and half way through to the magical 1200 mile Running In Service!

Well it’s a fantastic car, a real experience to drive, sounds lovely, not too loud in efficient mode but makes a great noise in Sport and Sport plus. As it’s running in I haven’t taken it above 5k revs but as the miles have gone on it’s loosening up nicely and is mighty bloody quick!! The DCT box is impressive too.

Just been on a 60 mile round trip 70% motorway and it returned 28mpg driving sensibly, does about 17-20 pottering about town.

It’s off for a full GTec Crystal Serum Ultra detail on Thursday ☺️

Cheers mate, I’ve certainly put a few miles in in the first week 😂 not the norm for me!

I’ve had a few Bmw’s I had one of the first 335i Coupes which I kept for 6.5 years from brand new and I loved that car, but this is something else!! The amount of comments on the colour combination and how it looks ☺️

But it certainly drives differently in a good way, the turn in and poise are something else !

Hope you’re enjoying yours too, I’ll try and get some pictures up when it’s been detailed next week
