Spongy throttle 335d
Has anyone experienced the following?
On two occasions during the last couple of weeks, the accelerator response significantly changed whilst driving. No i-drive indication, just a strange response when pushing the throttle pedal. Get up and go had got up and gone! Then yesterday, the same thing happened but this message also appeared on i-drive. I left it displayed, intending to pull over when possible to get a decent photo. However, after around 10miles (!) the message disappeared and the throttle response returned to normal. It seems fine now.

Mileage is around 25k and car is 2.5 years old.
The faults all cleared so I'll see what happens over the next few days.

Sounds like EGR starting to go bad. Just make sure the fault codes aren’t cleared when you take it in for warranty repair as they need to be live I think to claim the warranty from BMW (the dealer, not you)
