My m340i is having the same issue, when idling in a parking lot or something for 10–15 minutes it really starts to get annoying. Is there a fix or seems to be normal?

I went from the 0w20 to a good 5w40 and it really improved the idle. After about 5k miles on the oil you can start to feel it a little bit again. Time to change it. Can hear the injectors but can't feel anything. It may be too thick if you park outside in a cold winter. But I think the 0w20 is junk and is a bad recommendation.
Try getting fuel somewhere else and check spark plugs. I like the NGK 94201. One time I had shit fuel and it stumbled at a red light. But that was a one time hiccup. Also since the thicker oil the catch can hardly has anything, maybe a drop of water fuel mix. The 0w20 there was always a small bit of oil. |
