What is this noise

Hello you guys there is a lot more feedback here so I wanted to see if maybe some one can help me out

I am getting a noise coming out the rear driver side brake system idk what it is
I swapped out the rotors from left to right and right to left just to see if it was a rotor issue and the sound will follow the bad rotor but it didn't

Same sound same side

I once gleaned and greased up the whole brake system sound went away for about a week and the sound return

And it is driving me crazy

There is a video here in this link

What is this noise.!!! https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1526775

help out please

That didn't sound brake related to me. It sounded more like a tire or wheel problem, like maybe a broken belt in the tire. It had a squishing sound, not a metal scraping sound.

Try swapping sides with the tires for one trip around the block.

Could it be a bearing failing?

Bearing are brandnew

So I just swapped out the brake pads to brandnew ones noise is gone

Hopefully it stays that way

A while back I had greased up the brake pads the noise was gone then it came back a week later

So I'm really hoping it was the pads

Cheap ass pads from

r1 concepts

NEVER AGAIN buying brake parts from there

Rotors are cheap pads are cheap.

Autozone does a better job I think lol

I had a set of autozone rotors and pads on my e90 and never had a problem at al ever side I got these rotors and pads from r1 concepts

Nothing but problems
