For me the pick is the new white dialled 42mm moonwatch that was released before W&W as for Rolex a solid gold deepsea and a black/grey GMT talk about phoning it in.

Nice one, it would look well on a Cordura strap and deployant clasp as well, I think it will be very popular as the previous limited edition white dialled Moon watches have always been very sought after, they say this isn't limited which is good news.

Yeah. I have recollection that Omega no longer do limited editions any more. Now it could be a fine line between “limited” edition and “special” edition.

The Apollo 11 and Alaska project variants spring to mind as does the silver snoopy award on the Cordura strap as below.

Alaska project for sure. And on the snoopy the 14 seconds is a fantastic little Easter egg.

I like how they’ve kept the “iconic” c*ck and balls for the 12 o’clock marker too.

My wife bought me an automatic watch a couple of weeks ago Still not on the same level as most on here, but I’m building up to it haha.

This is a very well designed watch, I would actually consider having one to my only Seiko white dial watch. Although I can't get my head around what happened with it in few weeks as it looks in a very shameful state.

It was a second hand watch, so it needs a bit of work. I have a friend that does watch repair and servicing, so it’ll be like new hopefully when it’s done.

Ahh, I see. Interestingly if its a sapphire glass it must be hard to polish it.

I had a rotary watch as as my first nice watch when I was 16.
It was like £100 from Argos.

I loved it and it lasted me a good 10 years before it finally gave up.
Rotary uk repair centre was only up the road from me and they never charged of you dropped a watch in for a battery.

Still often think of that watch!

If you get stuck, I can suggest a watch maker who has worked on a couple of my pocket watches he does a very nice job at a reasonable cost.
