Pure Turbos
Hey guys, I have a g29 z4 and was looking for some opinions on a pure turbo/turbo upgrade. Has anyone here had experience with a b48 pure turbo, or any other turbo upgrade? I have the B48 z4 with a downpipe and stage 2 tune from DME Tuning. Im looking for some more out of the car and think a turbo upgrade would be a good idea. Thanks!

I'm not too sure about the b48 platform but most of the time pure advises upgrading your intercooler, turbo inlet, High pressure fuel pump, diverter valve, and low pressure fuel pump. Shooting a quick email over to pure support can get you a list of parts, however I would buy most of it from the manufacturers website as I've seen pure upcharge quite a bit on parts. Overall I would say the upgrade is definitely worth the power bump though.

someone I talked with recommended getting the entire downpipe and exhaust kit from them, i think you would need quite a lot of upgrades in a package before going stage 2+ such as forged internals.
