Sway Bars question

Ill be tracking my car soon and in the process of stiffing up my suspension. So far i got BC racing coilovers installed but the still have alot of body roll. I was wondering if anyone installed aftermarket sway bars on their f30 328xi and noticed any difference or is it even worth upgrading ? I'm running run flats which i will be replacing wtih Michelin pilot sports.

A good option is to fit the 15mm M235/240i rear bar. Makes a bigger difference than you might think.
