Got a new project

Decided to get myself a new project to work with. Something to keep me entertained. Ended up with this little beasty. Its a US spec californian karmen bug 1978 LHD. Mechanically its sound & the body work is good, needs the interior sorting out & the headliner. Some minor electrics & seals

Interesting looking car! It's go something cool about it, but seeing the beetle shape without a curved roof is strange. From the rear it reminds me a of Chrysler PT Cruiser convertible!

Thats a shame.

I was hoping you were going to tell me you will be chucking in a 6.0 V8 or something along those lines.

This is my latest project. A 'drift trike' which has a 125cc pit bike engine with a 4 speed semi auto.

Just painted it the other day.
