Window Rattles

Does anyone have any tips on resolving a window rattle? I have a 2013 328i that has slowly developed a very annoying rattle in the driver side window. Pressing on the window seems to stop it. I have tried cleaning the trim but maybe I need to condition it somehow?

Is there a video for this? My door latch pin did rattle against the plastic sleeve, that was fixed under warranty(new door latch assembly plus wrapping up the latch pin), but the windows have been quiet so far.

Does the rattle go away/lessen if you lower the window just a tad without breaking the seal (like 1-3mm)?

mine is also like this, was going to put a bit of felt inbetween the sleeve and pin, but now also found the drivers door card has a rattle near the storage holder,
