2018 BMW 340i   [0.00]
Im really curious to see how well the e85 goes with the B58. I want to go full e85 but on the fence.

You need to upgrade
HPFP
LPFP
and get a custom tune

But at E50 on an OTS map from BM3 you make 500hp

After 500hp
You'll need to upgrade cooling
Things like heat exchanger and such.

500hp is kinda that sweet spot before you have to go deep into upgrades.

Last thing you want is to fry piston rings

Or so I've been told


I'm running flex fuel rn with only HPFP upgrade and bm3 ots tune

But I'm Only planning to be at 500hp

So far I have BM3 Stage 2, catless dp, and xHP trans tune. Off the shelf it's probably around 400hp? It's plenty of power, and in WA state there's not a lot of places to utilize the power. However I do still want to try out some e85 or a e50 mix.
