I took a new to me 2018 328d in to Century BMW for a High Pressure Fuel Pump recall. I am new to BMW and new to Century.

I only asked them to replace the HPFP which they did. I stopped in to pick up the car today and they handed me the paperwork.

I was really surprised that when the technician did the walk around check he noticed that the clip holding the emergency brake cables up had broken. I had heard the rattle and was going to fix it myself.

Anyway the tech replaced the broken clip and it was a no charge.

Even though I try to avoid dealerships at all costs this was a big surprise and built some needed confidence in that dealer.
