Perhaps BMW owners are a more litigious lot than VW/Audi owners.

How is your car now ?? did you get to fix it since its meeting with a suburban ?
OFF TOPIC:

The Suburban! That is one beast of metal.
We just rented one for a business trip for 5 guys.

I drove it the whole time. It's got a beastly engine that makes really cool sounds, but the whole vehicle is so darn heavy it accelerates like a Prius.
It was nearly all highway driving and we managed 16.3mpg, with the tires inflated +3psi for highway driving.

It was very plush though. Great ride, like a cloud. But, don't try any sudden maneuvers. You really have to plot your course and initiate steering earlier than in real sized cars.
The brakes are amazing. HUGE rotors and calipers, along with the beefy tires it hauls down the behemoth very nicely and smoothly.

Once I returned it back to our security people, I got back in my 135i for the ride home. I was quickly reminded of how firm the ride is in my 135i.
I was impressed at how well the monstrous Suburban road on the highway.
It's a true American luxo-barge that gulps gasoline like an athlete drinks Gatorade.

You can use the passenger comfort access door handle to close windows.

Not knowing what year 328 you have I can't say why, but my 2015 closes everything when I hold down the lock button.
