Is asking 7% off MSRP on a custom ordered 2015 reasonable?
Is it reasonable asking for 7% off the MSRP and then in addition whatever incentives are available like maybe $1,000 credit on top of the 7%?

Its very reasonable. Ask them about dealer fees too.

It should be reasonable including other incentives. I negotiated a total of 9% off MSRP including $1000 for USAA discount and $750 for Innovations Credit for a custom ordered 2015 435i xDrive M sport.
