I want to tune my F32 440i with MHD or bootmod3. I'm leaning more towards MHD simply because I can pretty much do everything off my phone and also because I would get more power compared to the equivalent OTS BM3 map. My DME needs to get bench unlocked tho. I already checked using MHD, and confirmed that my DME is unlockable. Plus the build date of my car is 05/19. I can't really find any shops that unlock the DME around the GTA or Ontario. I only know of 1 shop but they're charging $500 which is way higher than other prices I saw in the US and other parts of Canada. I was wondering if any of you knew were I can get my DME unlocked for MHD or Bootmod3 that's around the GTA.

If you buy BM3, protuningfreaks may be able to unlock it for you as they're based in Toronto. Send.a message to their support and they can help you out.

Yeah, I emailed their support team and let them know that I was looking to tune my car with BM3 but needed a bench unlock first. They said they have a local facility which they can unlock my DME at for free but need to book an appointment first. Email them and see what they tell you

Looks like they no longer offer bench unlock locally. They just referred me to their website. Will have to research who to use for this.

I found a guy on Facebook Marketplace. Drove to his house. Whole process took 15 mins
