Embedded SIM card in 2014 F30

I've read that BMW vehicles, including a 2014 F30, use an embedded SIM card for their telematics services. This embedded SIM connects to a supported network that can vary depending on the country. For the Canadian market, the most likely carrier was Rogers, as it was one of the major providers handling these telematics units.

Does anyone have more info what carrier BMW Canada uses for telematic services.

With Rogers having already shut down its 3G network, and Bell/Telus also planning their shutdowns in 2025, any services that rely on that embedded telematics unit will be permanently disabled.
