Do exhaust tips just slide on? Or something extra to hold them? I think it’s a few hits with hammer and wood to remove existing, right?

Cheers mate, glad they arrived safely

If twisting and pulling doesn't get them off try tapping them from behind with a rubber mallet or similar. I've heard people using wd40 to free them when they really didn't budge but never tried it myself.

They just push on and are a tight fit, just make sure they are pushed fully on and they won't go anywhere. The mallet can come in handy again to tap them on, just protect them and tap gently

Why won't the mats fit xDrive cars? Are the mats a different shape?

Have been previously looking at these online.

Cheers

Your 35D will have one already but you won't be able to change the engine sound as on LCI cars they locked it down. To install it you just need to get to it under the left hand side of the boot, its very easy in my 435D, then unclip the old one, plug in the new. You then need to use esys and an old version of the firmware to downgrade it - then you can have M3/M5 sound. Someone like Vorph can do this for you. Then when you go back to the dealer you just swap back to your original module.

It's a 15min job apparently, there are few threads on here if you search on 'lumbar' and a how to here http://www.babybmw.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=50060. It's pretty straight forward, i changed cars before I got round to doing it
