2018 320 msport enhanced bluetooth

I've just picked up a 2018 3 series 320d msport and after looking through this forum want to enable enhanced blue tooth. I've just purchased the VGate Icar 4.0 and downloaded bimmercode. I believe I have business nav and have successfully paired 2 phones both of which can stream via Bluetooth but one at a time. I would like to activate the feature that allows me to pair 2 phones which will work at the same time and office so I can view my messages etc

Can anyone help with Bimmerpost codes needed to do this on a 2018. There is no combox in the boot but believe they are not needed on my car.

Any help would be great.
