P2610 after coding?

I just coded for the LED bulbs on the brake lights, and I got in the car today and had a check engine light. I hooked it up to my reader and it pulled up P2610, would this be caused by me coding out the bulbs?

I coded out almost all my bulbs and never saw any errors. Therefore you either somehow miscoded something or the error is unrelated and just a coincidence.

Same thing here. Coded Front + Rear Turn signals, Rear brake lights + Front fog lights with no issue at all.

Just googled your code. Seems way beyond a coding issue. This is an engine related issue and was simply a coincidence that it turned on when it did.

Of the internet:
Generic OBD Error Code Details for P2610

Yeah, I saw that too, that's why I was curious. In the cheat sheet that came with the E-Sys stuff said that some codes would cause a check engine light, I just don't know what code popped up because of it, and if this is something I need to bring it back to the dealership since I still have a warranty on it

Thread from dead! I have a P2610 that pops up intermittently on my E90. Just wondering if you ever took this to the dealer and what they had to do to fix?
