Man, how are you guys getting these kind of rates?
I'm 30 with no convictions, no tickets, no accidents and has 10 years driving experience and I'm paying $200 a month on a 2012 328i. Looks like it's time to start shopping for better insurance rates.

Me personally, I have several percentage point deductions for a) having home insurance with RBC and b) being a member of PEO (professional engineers). There are some other deductions for clean driving record etc. Otherwise I would probably be paying more than 120$ per month (and I'm only 28).

The answer to your question is: Not Toronto. It sucks but TO is the most expensive place in Ontario to insure by a wide margin. As I posted earlier, I'm 27/M and I've got a speeding ticket on my record but pay $140 for my 435xi, but that's because I'm in Ottawa - the country outside of Ottawa to be exact.

Nah. It's Brampton, the most expensive place in whole Canada to insure.

It all depends on where do u live.
I am 25, have 5.5 years of driving history, no pull over, no at-fault accident, clean history. I get 203/month in Waterloo but 271 in Markham. TD. Both with preferred group discount and snow tires discount. Both with 0 deductible in both direct compensation and comprehensive . 1M liability. 2016 F32 435xi. |

Once I turned 25 my rate fell from 300 down to my current around $120-$130 (depending on the car) and I live right at Warden/7 also. |
