Fitment Industries - WARNING!!!
This is a warning to steer clear of this company. I can provide a long list of emails and proof of why this is a company to avoid if you want to receive your tire/wheels in an acceptable amount of time, as well as in an acceptable condition. I decided to try them based on all the great reviews and even some on this boards experiences. Wanted to help out a smaller company. Pics are of some of their (Professional Ceramic Coating they do in house). I paid $180 for them to ruin my wheels, as I thought they would do a good job. That's what they do right? Again, pics below. (I bought Gyeon Rim for $50, and will do it my damn self) Just have to remove the F'd up ceramic coating on there now. What a hassle. (Tried to do a replacement. They F'd that up too.)
HUGE MISTAKE! Take away? Stick with: Tire Rack, Discount Tire or a local company you can work with and trust

Oof way to many high spots fitment Industry is wheels and tires not a detail company so this doesn't surprise me one bit.

Follow up
That is my point exactly. Don't upsale on a service you are not prepared to do in a professional manner. Clearly no one in their shop has a clue how to apply or handle wheels with a ceramic coating on them. Shame on them. They lost me as a customer for life.
I used Brakecleen and a microfiber towel and cleaned this up quite a bit. It was still very hydrophobic after I used Griot's Garage Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner on them after the Brakecleen. Because of this, I decided to forego adding the Gyeon Q2 Rim Ceramic Coating over the compromised ceramic coating. Instead I have added 2 coats of Griot's Garage 3 in 1 Ceramic Spray. (More as a topper and protective layer for what is still left of the original GTechniq C5 ceramic coating.) I am still letting the second coating dry, but will be testing the results once I clean the rubber in preparation for the Dura Coating Tire Dressing. Still not as perfect as I was hoping for, but I can live with it. It's a daily driver, not a show car. (This doesn't even take into account how long I dealt with all of this. My original order was on April 16th, 2021. It was only resolved this past week July 27th, 2021, because I told them to just forget it, I would deal with this disaster on my own, thanks for the grief.) Wheels are Aodhan AFF7 18.5 +35 w/ Michelin 235/35/19 PS4 & 19.5 +35 w/ Michelin 275/30/19 PS4

Do you know what ceramic coating they used?
If it is like any I've used/applied, you'll have to mechanically polish it off to fully remove it. Fortunately, most high spots are not hard to remove. A soft foam pad and a mild polish should remove them.

That's hardly considered ruined, plus there are easy ways to remove ceramic coatings. And as someone local to the area fitment has grown significantly in the last year. I'm willing to bet that it's a case of someone new handling the coating. That being said their customer service isn't the greatest.
