I have a red dakota leather one available for sale if anyone was interested in it.
Is it Coral Red by any chance, I think there are a couple of red leather variants on the F30?
Yes it's Coral Red, the standard F3x Dakota red. Pics below, where you can see it's definitely the sliding one. I've already had one PM enquiring so if anyone else is interested then get in touch. What's the going rate on these?
Sliding one I'm not sure, but the fixed black leatherette one is around the £40 mark on eBay in excellent condition.

Red ones I've not seen and it's sliding - £60?

I don't understand, is it Coral red or Dakota red? Or are you saying they are the same colour?

Dakota is the leather finish, coral is the specific colour. There's a variety of leathers used by BMW, Dakota being the standard one on the F30 cars. You can upgrade to Nappa. So it's Coral Red Dakota leather to be super specific, but as far as I can see there is only the one red that that the Dakota finish comes in.

I would like the sliding armrest too but I have the dakota ivory white interior and it seems hard to come by. Any chance the mechanism itself can be swapped over in some way? Thanks

Hi Tengocity,

Just to be clear, am i right in thinking that my non sliding armrest just needs the top part taken off and the new sliding one is a straight replacement that has the sliding mechanism attached. i don`t want to appear as thick as i really am, but it`s puzzling me that something for BMW is that simple. Cheers
Yes that's correct

Hello Guys,
I'm looking for a sliding armrest if available in standard leather for my BMW F34. I believe to be the same as F30?
My seats are black and do have the red piping stitching and red trim on the dash any ideas which colour would best suit the car
Thanks for your help
