Got my JB+ test unit in on Saturday, so Ive had all weekend to try it out. I left it on default setting (I believe 3.5psi) and there is a noticeable difference especially in Sport and Sport + with the increased throttle response. 4th gear now pulls very nicely. I did a few pulls to benchmark the increase... stock I was recording 6.1s 60-100mph and now Im getting 5.5 seconds consistently. Pretty impressed with initial impressions, feels smooth and oem.

Edit: Power comes on hard and early but doesnt really continue to build power. Holds the power, but doesnt build much after 4k (dial at ~4psi). Also noticed no pop pops/overrun in sport mode, only Sport+.

Anyone know if it will continue to increase boost over stock on a MPPK car or if it will cancel out. Also anyone with mppk plan to get this, I may pull the trigger very soon.

Essentially the same thing and the jb+ is $100 cheaper. Definitely stronger torque down low.

I've had mine for about 5 days now. I have mine set to max. Power is more noticeable in all rpm. I notice it most around 4k. With Windows down you can really hear the turbo build boost now. Sounds awesome. It's definitely more noticeable in sport and sport plus. My car will also now spin the tires in 3rd rolling into it

Just received my JB+ !!! The post office mess up on a scanning of the package !

Coupe 430i xdrive (B48) automatic transmission

Basically you don't need even to touch the plastic covers.

but here is closer look without covers

So I did a 30 min driving on sport mode (93 octane Shell V-Power). Do I like it ? I f***g love it

Totally another pull ! (with default 3.5psi !!!). The torque is much more "longer" and not in mid range but from the "begging to the end" you feel that strong pull very well !!!!

Now I walking around the car with a screw driver like a maniac

to convince myself try max 4.5

JB+ is the best $199 I spend it on my car.

Would it recognize the intake and have the ecu adapt to it?
