Question Donut/Burnout

I have a feeling most people will hate this, but I wanted to know if its possible to donut or burnout in a 340i xDrive without x delete. I saw a m340i doing donuts at this meet but he said he broke his xDrive, which didnt sound pocket-friendly

ps. I have a warranty

Anything is possible, just not advisable.

It reminds me of an episode in Top Gear (season 13 ep 2) where they were testing that handbrake turns was the best thing to do to impress girls ...
What do I know... I am more of a power drift kind of guy.

Corrected above.

But back to the original question: since drifting is possible with xDrive... why would donuts not be, even if they would be significantly tricker to achieve? (no experience)
Burnouts is a different story.
