True... I haven't found any dyno results comparing K&N to OE Intake and Filter to Aftermaket intakes, but from what I understand it's generally accepted that intakes for this platform provide very small gains. Like you said, I think the difference in any case is going to be very small.

Oh yeah. I always will ask someone (when they ask me about buying an intake): Do you want the DV release noise or not? If yes, buy an intake. If not, spend significantly less and buy just a filter.
