2017 Navigation Map Updates (Updated)

If you mean the difference between the Map Types (PREMIUM, NEXT, and ROUTE), it is not a choice you can make. Each car's head Unit can only run one specific Map Type designed for it:

CIC Head Unit = PREMIUM Map = 609 Pro Nav
NBT Head Unit = NEXT Map = 609 Nav Pro
ENTRYNav Head Unit = ROUTE Map = 606 Business Nav
