F30 N55 PURE stage 2 turbo dyno results

Finally got around to getting my car on the dyno. Let me start by saying that both Terry and Jesse are top notch vendors and true car enthusiasts. Terry must have looked at 100 logs over the last month, I kid you not. Car was running well until we found a weak spot due to another vendors lack of installation efforts. Jesse diagnosed and resolved the boost leak and we were back at it.

Also of note, my car is a pneumatic wastegate.

PURE stage 2 turbo
EvolutionRacewerks CP, DP, IC
BMS intake
Meth

Wow...very nice. Shows how severely turbo-limited these cars are stock when you can gain upwards of 250 RWHP with even a mild turbo.

power still dropping after 6k and not going to redline? was this because boost tappering?

Yeah well, head over to the F80 post. God forbid you draw comparisons between the F3x and F8x. It's blasphemous to mention them in same universe, let alone the same thread.

It's cool to see the N55 perform at such a high level.

I used to hate on E9X M3's all the time in my FBO 135i. It was hilarious to watch the M3 drivers get so pissed.
At the end of the day our cars have sort of the same inline 6 with a turbo(s) on it.
Methanol, E85 and bigger turbos can do a lot to level the playing field.

I pulled on a white M4 a couple weeks back. The guy was a good sport about it. It is what it is.

Peak boost was 23.6 tapering to 21 at redline.

My understanding is that we don't have full control over the F30's yet due to no backend flash being available. That's not to say Terry won't cook something up in the future. This is just where we are at the moment.

is this stage two pure turbo not out yet ? it is not available on their website, but on facebook page there is something about BMS big fueling kit and stage two turbo for N55
any more elaboration please? Is your fueling system stock? or there is an upgraded pump or injectors or second injector setup, your transmission is manual or 8 speed auto ?

Automatic transmission. No fueling system modifications. Just methanol injection for fuel supplementation. This dyno was done on my daily driven fuel: E59.

We have seen a few customers run 93 octane alone, no meth. It ran clean at around 16-17psi. Terry made 455whp with 18psi, So I imagine 16-17psi is just under that. Add meth, and you're almost 500whp. Add some octane, and you're 500+whp !!!
