Need help interrupting window lowering

Hi I am going to tint my windows on my 2016 F34 and I would like to stop the windows from lowering when the door is opened. I've tried removing the fuses associated with the windows (#22, 83, 84) but with no effect. Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this? Thanks

Why would you windows lower when you open your door in the first place

I think what he was referring to was that the windows on the frameless doors will drop a little bit when opening the door.

Why not just take the door panel off? That’s what my guy did on my F33.

there is a way to code it via bimmercode.

Open the door. Use a screwdriver to toggle the latch in the side of the door, which fools the car into thinking that the door has been closed. The window will go up. When you're done be sure to pull the door handle as if you were opening the door, which will lower the glass again, before you close the door.

+1

just want to repeat this in bold...pull the handle to lower glass again... Verify it before slamming the door or else you will break the glass.

You might not break the glass, but another risk is breaking the latch, by having it hit the door frame striker.

I tried the Window Lifter Interruption in FEM but that didn't work. Don't know what else would work. I'm going to do the panel removal. More work but it'll give a better result. I already got the trim for the hatchback taken out so shouldn't be any worse than that.
