Excellent review, was an interesting read.

The heated seats do get less power whilst in eco pro mode.

I will do a review and get some pictures of mine if it ever stops blooming raining!

Nope, thats a myth!

Adaptive suspension only changes damper settings not ride height. Springs set the ride height.

Yeah it's an aftermarket job I'm afraid.

One thing I didn't mention in the review is I'd forgotten the amazing driving position of the 3. Jesus it's good... The e91 was just the same, bloody amazing driving position. The 1 series isn't quite right, or at least I haven't found it. But after 3 days in the f30 it's there

@Ray335d
You say:
"Ride
In Comfort it is a bit wallowy as mentioned on F30post. I find the steering very light too. However, for cruising and doing daily driving, it is perfect for me. It’s soft enough that you don’t crash around and feel every bump in the road. I do not have to avoid potholes by swerving etc.
In Sport the steering tightens and suspension hardens to a rate that is all I need. I'm not a big country lane driver and when on them tonight and pushing fairly hard, there wasn't a moment where I thought I needed more than what sport mode gave me. However, I still need more time with the handling, so this may change. As it currently stands, I don’t regret not getting adaptive."

If you don't have Adaptive Suspension, then how can you say that there is a difference in ride quality between 'Comfort' and 'Sport'?

Was actually reading about this today and was going to post about it. I was always under the impression that it changed the suspension

That's what I was thinking, that's why I mentioned this when I posted earlier in this thread about my own experiences swapping between Comfort and Sport modes and that I thought opposite to the OP.

The suspension can only change if you spec'd the adaptive suspension option.
