Hey I'm considering getting an M3 if I can find someone to take over my 435i x drive lease. Car currently has 13,000 miles on it with 22 months left in the lease. The lease allows 10,000 miles a year. The payment is $735 a month before tax. Sticker for the car was 67,000 when I got it a year ago. It is fully loaded with almost all of the port installed accessories too. This is what the car includes:

-x Drive
-estoril blue with black leather interior
-aluminum hexagon/black trim
-8AT
-Premium package
-m sport package
-18 inch m sport wheels
-cold weather package
-technology package
-Harmon kardon package
-driver assist package
-carbon fiber M sport front lip
-carbon fiber M sport rear lip
- m performance diffuser
-black kidney grilles
-carbon fiber mirror covers
-M performance power kit

The wheels have been powder coated gloss black. The car is also lowered on H&R sport springs right now and I will include the stock springs as well. Also has a downpipe installed and will come with the factory cat. Car also has an Active Autowerke exhaust. Currently running a JB4 and can include that in sale if interested. Car has 20% tints on it too. Roof has been vinyl wrapped gloss black. The roof and stripe were done by Phenomenal vinyl in Long Island, NY.

Car is in amazing condition. Non smoker and no pets. It is currently located in Indiana but I am willing to ship if buyer helps with it. Thanks for looking!

EDIT: for those interested the current buyout is 56,000 with 13,000 miles on it.

Yeah that's what basically nothing down and $7,000 in port installed accessories gets you. I believe it's because the accessories all don't residualize like the car does. And this number was the best I could find after calling around to a few dealerships in the NY/NJ area.

Bump. Car also has prepaid tire and wheel protection for the remainder of the lease as well!
