f32 n55 charge pipe blew...

My F32 N55 stock charge pipe blew up.
I saw BMW extended warranty on N54 335is charge pipes to 10 years... anyone know if N55 charge pipe has any warranty extensions?

Also... anyone know of a good shop near Newport/Irvine area that can put in a new charge pipe? Stock or aftermarket is fine I just want a replacement installed, but don't really want to go to the dealership and pay a lot...
Right now my car is just limping around...

Go aftermarket, hit up SSR or speed logic I would say.

Thanks! I called around but no one stocks the charge pipe... they have to order. Anyhow, found that Evolution Racewerks wasn't too far from me and they had them in stock so I picked it up.

From there went straight to 412 Motorworks not too far from ER's office, as they said they could install for me right away for a good price.

Overall I had an excellent experience dealing direct with ER to get the part. I got the brushed finish charge pipe, and the fit and finish are top notch.

412 Motorworks was also very professional and knowledgeable. They know BMW's, and they'll work with you on labor. I'm due for new brake rotors so I'll be going back to them for it.

sambonator, great decision selecting ER charge pipe. The very best offering for the purpose.
