I need to order new front brakes, can someone please tell me what type I have? I was told they are base but they don't look Like it. Thanks

These are the 340mm brakes. Same as the painted blues, but not m performance.

Pads are the same but rotors would be different.

Is there a site where I can put in my vin# and it will tell me the exact part #s I need?

Turner mortorsports has a great page explaining this.
Realoem will give your exact part numbers but if you just go to fcp or ecs or any major euro/bmw part site they’ll show you which one it goes for. Both 340/380 caliper have same pads, it’s just where it’s mounted that’s different
