No problem. I'm not a forum vendor nor do I sell performance parts so I'm not the expert on part differences, but generally the difference is brand, engineering and quality. You could also do your own research if you are genuinely interested in the differences. Each company has their own website so you could google and look them up.

Wagner is a German based brand that uses 300 CEL cats for this part.

VRSF produces their products in China from what I remember.

You can also ask what's the difference between a Toyota and a BMW, Seiko and Rolex, ESR and BBS. Many factors come into play on why things cost differently though they do the same function.

The difference is that he is selling a catted DP, while the VRSF one you reference is a catless DP (essentially a straight pipe), which will probably cause a CEL and may not allow the car to pass inspection in some states.
