Hi, My 420d makes a swish swish noise next to the front tyres after being driven for a bit. Theres no sound when the car is started up from cold. Heres what it sounds like:

Im sure the newer engines are less likely to have timing chain problems.

I guess it is early 2015 and has still the N47 engine? That sound is very typical for N47 at idle, it comes from timing (or oil pump) chain. Failure is not expected until it starts to rattle seriously at 1500 - 2000 rpm. I have had two N47 both sounded similar to yours at idle and no problems other than the sound.

Still you may want to talk with dealership that you are worried about it, they have some methods to assess whether the chain is at risk and if that really is the case you might get a goodwill repair as you have such low mileage. It will probably cost you a bit to get the assessment done but might be worth it.
