Oil thoughts for F34???

Hi Folks,

What are your thoughts on using Shell Helix Ultra Professional AM-L 5W-30 to carry out an oil change for a 328i GT 2013 build?

There are at least a dozen oils that will work. This is one of them. I use Liqui Moly Molygen plus Ceratec additive .
