installing 440i mpe exhaust on 435i

is this possible? im looking to just replace the muffler. in terms of sound, it should sound similar to 440i?

Itll sound like a 435 with an mpe muffler.

Having said that the 440i MPE muffler is not a simple swap onto the 435i. Just search Google for pictures and you will instantly see the differences.
