Selling because I sold my 335i it came off of. Needs new air filter. Retails for 450+. Looking to get 250. Looks brand new. Installed it March of 2020 local pick up only

Will the seal come with it? Also why does it need a new filter, can't it be cleaned with the dinan filter cleaner or is it damaged?
