it's free and they get data off your fob before the warranty expires. I had mine done months ago, no issues or anything to worry about.

it's only a check not a change.

Just got mine back from the warranty check, new steering rack & heater motor. Needs to go back on Monday to the bodyshop, suspected rust on the tailgate.

Had my end of warranty check done last week, plus MOT, plus he 3 year brake fluid change. Nothing found at the warranty check. Paid £121 for the MOT, brake fluid and standard scope.

Is this the end of warranty check the same as the complimentary multi-point inspection?

I had my car in for warranty work ( rattles ) a few months back and it showed they did a multi point inspection in addition to the warranty work.

I would say no. The point of this is to check the entire vehicle over to see what can be addressed under warranty. If you have already identified something then you can tell them and if they agree it will be covered under warranty.

hate to revive this old thread but I couldn't find anything more recent:

My dealership called me to inform me that next weeks service appointment will also include the full vehicle check seeing as my 4 yr/80km warranty expire end of March 2021.

They told me it would be CAD$200+tax...

Is this normal??
