Need Rim ID help

Does anyone know what kind of rims these are? I was told they were from an M3, but that doesn't seem right looking at pictures online. Going to put them up for sale, just not sure what to call them. They fit my F30 if that helps.

Need more information to help. Take some pics of the back where you see sizes and offsets as well as any ID markings.

Those are ASA wheels from Tire Rack
