Upgrading to 19 X 8.5/10.5. Need offset help

Upgrading to 19 X 8.5/10.5 Ferrada FR4. Need offset help.
My car is a 2015 435i GC. I plan to lower it on Dinan springs but it's my daily driver so I don't want a super aggressive offset or to roll the fenders. Recommended tire size for the rear is a 285/30-19. Please give me some offset recommendations.

rays340i put a 295, +45 offset in the rear

+35 front +45 rear should be good

Thanks guys. I decided to go up to a 20" set which were actually cheaper than the 19s.

How about the tires is it cheaper too at 20s
