Import of part to brazil

Hello!

I've moved to Brazil a few years ago, but I have not tried importing anything yet.
I would like to order JB4 N20 tune and a DP. total price about 1000$US and 10kg I guess.

Could anyone please share some knowledge about it.
My questions is:

Is it even possible? if yes
how to do it? shipping company to use etc.
What is the taxes/fees? how to pay them? before or after delivery?
Any other things I should be aware of before ordering?

Hope someone can help. I see others in brazil with these parts, so someone must know something about it.

he tom, the JB4 is easy stuff, the guys from bms ship to brazil, and even lower the price on the invoice so you can pay less taxes. When talking about importation fees and taxes brazil really sucks hehe, we have an importation tax that goes from 60 to 90% depending of the product, I guess I payed 60% import fee to bring a jb1 for the 320i.

I don't know about the DP, but probably some guys in SP could help you, there are a few brazillian stores that work with bmw tunes.
