Best Service Advisor/Dealer (Nassau County)

I just shipped my car from California to Long Island. I took my car to Rallye BMW for a couple things under warranty and wasn't thrilled with my service advisor.

Would love some recommendations on dealers for service (NOT sales) as well as a trusted service advisor. Looking for one that is potentially mod friendly and enthusiast understanding. Must be in Nassau County.

I'm in Nassau county and have a really good indy mechanic that I use for my 2015 328i. He's located in Island Park. Let me know if you're interested and I'll get you the exact location and contact info.

I've used BMW of Bayside service center--which is actually on E. Shore Road in Great Neck.

Twice - one for standard service (covered oil/brakes/rotors etc.) with a door lock and seat repair and another CPO repair for the turbo. Good experience both times.

Rallye is a huge place. They have a multi story parking garage filled with cars. I will say, they were more willing to negotiate on prices than other dealerships, but I can't speak to their service center.

Go to Rallye, ask for Dennis Deljanin and he will take care of you. He is an enthusiast, and is a track rat.
