Exclamation VRSF downpipe o2 sensor Inspection pass

I have 2016 BMW 340i xdrive with vrsf catless downpipe installed with the o2 sensor and spacers, no cel, but keep getting 'to much o2 in engine' code when I try and get inspection sticker.

Any one know a way around passing inspection in MA without having to un-install the downpipe. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
