OEM Car Alarm Triggered Without Cause

Hi all, the oem car alarm on my 2014 335i has been going off intermittently for no reason lately. Has anyone else experienced this with their car? If so, what was the fix? I replaced the battery in the key fob and it happened twice last night (unprovoked and nothing touching the panic button). Car is at 37k and just out of warranty. Thx for the help!

I've heard of alarms going off when battery is almost dead. Ur alarm also has a tilt sensor, maybe u hit a big pot hole n now ur siren is tilted? Idk. Also try disabling ur interior sensors by hitting lock twice quickly n see if it happens again. That would st least help isolate the problem.

I am having the same issue. My battery is good and has 92% charge. I checked hood sensor but I couldnt find it. I am thinking its the motion sensors because when I double click and disable it doesnt happen.

Nope but it hasn't been doing it for a bit.

Had same issue on my 435 for a week

Double clicked to disable motion sensor and it stopped

After that week it hasn't done it again for months even with motion activated

So IDK what the problem was, but it's gone now...
