Songlist via Bluetooth Audio displays generic song titles

Hi all,

I tried searching around for a solution but couldn't find anything. I was wondering if anyone here has the same issue? Basically, it seems like the first 100 songs show song title but anything after 100 songs displays the generic "song~101" title.

Is there any way to fix this? I have attached a picture for reference. Thank you

I had this happen the other day when I went from Bluetooth the USB then back to Bluetooth. It reset when I restarted the car and let the bluetooth sync on its own. The weird thing was that half of the playlist showed the song titles and the other half showed what you saw "Song~101" etc.

That would happen all of the time on my 2015 750i. Super annoying and renders the playlist practically useless unless you barely skip ahead. My 2018 340i with CarPlay keeps up just fine no matter how fast I spin through the list, and Iím not sure what the solution to that problem is. Almost seems as though there is a memory issue with the processing.

Awww that sucks to hear...I checked the software version on the bmw site and its says it is up to date. So I am not sure what else I can do? Even if I take it to dealer, I'm not sure if they can do anything.

Maybe people just live with it? Deal with it? LOL

Thank you for your input
