US prices translate at less than the $US to Euro exchange rate because in the US the prices do not include VAT or sales tax.

2000 euro/usd is not true if they cut many accessories like memory seat. In the f30 they do. The price comparision must be made with same accessories.

i'm going to guess that the price speculation is just that.
When its a 4 or 5000 dollar difference don't be shocked. BMW will charge what it feels it can get, and i'm fairly certain a lot of people will be willing to pay. If anything they should lower the price on the F30, but we all know prices dont tend to go down. |

I'd expect the price increase bring significant number of options for free (well they are not free but included). Otherwise we'd be paying more for the badge.

and people will pay it. i mean the 6 does cost more than the 5 even similarly equipped. the A5 is more than the A4, the CLK was always more than the C class. even the C coupe is more than the C sedan. its fairly accepted that people pay more fo rluxury coupes for some reason or another |

F33 will probably be a few months after the regular coupe. Remember it will be winter in the US/Europe when the coupe really starts becoming available, so cab will have to wait until Spring 2014.
