Hello, I am glad to find this site and knowing someone in Toronto can do coding. I recently picked up a 2012 320i, pretty basic, has only the navigation and lighting package on. Wish I can meet up with Derek to enhance more features on my car.

Another bump for Derek as he re-programmed my car after BMW had to update something reverting everything back to default.

In regards to it affecting warranty, no it will not. Our cars come with these functionalities built in, and its just a matter of re-enabling them. For example, BMW cars in Europe CAN close the windows and fold mirrors by holding LOCK on the keyfob, but once the car's destination is North America, this feature is disabled for safety regulations which differ here.

As for the adaptive LED, I also have the LED headlights that are supposed to be "anti-dazzle" (move away from oncoming vehicles). This feature requires changing the vehicle order (VO) which can be done through coding as well, but is a little more complicated than the aforementioned list, but it can be done.

Had my 16 NBT EVO coded this weekend. Excellent work and reasonable price! I had contacted other coding guys in GTA , they are more expensive and don't promise to work on evo. Strongly recommend F82_Sterling!!!!

I've used Nick / yyzcoding@gmail.com and referred to some friends as well. Extremely knowledgeable guy and he's been programming these cars for almost 8 years now.

I had my 328i coded by Code World Inc. super nice guy and knowledgeable. Plus, he does more than just coding. Ultimately, you could also do it yourself. I've tinkered around with Esys and it's not that difficult.

For coding you can just buy the bimmercode app. Obviously for non-performance based coding. I.e. folding mirrors, turn signals, lights, etc.

It's very very easy to use and you can always reverse any codes that you change.
