25$/service requirement (not per day) for a loaner in Ottawa if your car needs to stay.. I usually book my appointments in advance and request a loaner car and have always been fortunate to get a moderately equipped 328i.

YMMV - My dealer didn't give me a loaner and told me to come back because my strut mounts are on backorder. Despite the dangers and consequential damage it will cause. so my 2020 M340i has been in a garage collecting dust for almost a month. Pisses me off thinking about it.

If you are leasing, then you should contact bmwfs directly to see if they will do any payment reduction at all (reason being not safe to drive and parts on backorder). If you press them hard enough, they may do something.
